About Us

Empowerment for Sustainable Result Organization (ESRO) is a Kenyan-based non-government organization (NGO) established in 2021 to improve the health, and social-economic wellbeing of communities by taking into consideration locally-led sustainable approaches. ESRO prides itself in employing innovative approaches, enhancing partnerships, and capacity-strengthening strategies to generate and promote the use of evidence, for program effectiveness at all levels.

What we do...

ESRO partners with state and non-state organizations to re-engineer their business processes using the theory of change thus providing robust technical support in public policy, operational research, capacity strengthening strategies, and information technology-related solutions to promote social and economic development of communities.
